Terms and Conditions
1. A subscription with statdx is only possible if you are a trainee on a registered UK Radiology Training scheme and is not valid for trainees from overseas.
2. There can only be 5 people logged in at the same time so users should log out after a maximum of 1 hour of use.
3. Only the person who has signed up for the course is allowed to use the resource and should not share the username and password with anyone else.
4. Any misuse of this facility will result in immediate disconnection.
5. This offer is only valid for delegates who sign up to the combined 4 day 2B and rapid reporting course.
6. The offer can only be taken once and is valid for 1 year.
7. If there is abuse of this facility by any one individual, Amirsys can cancel our subscription and we therefore reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime.
